About us

Who we support

Justh Supported Living supports young people between the ages of 16 – 21, and where there is a transitional service available then individuals can be supported up to the age of 25, depending on their specific needs. We offer a number of support services which range from stable short term and long term accommodation to 24 hours on-site support staff and floating support, all of which is agreed with the individual from the outset. All young people in our care are familiar with how their needs have been assessed and how this forms the basis of the provision of services and support set out in their care and support plans.

Our Values

Trust

Recognising and respecting the differences that every individual brings and making the necessary adjustments that allow them to grow in a positive manner.

Equality

Treating everyone according to their needs to afford them the same opportunities. Through individualised plans, we will empower them to make informed choices and overcome obstacles.

Inclusiveness

Ensuring that all communications are truthful and understandable to those they affect, maintaining the relationship of reliability. We are committed to working with young people in an open and transparent way.

Learning Opportunities

We take into consideration the sharing of all knowledge, skills, attitudes and understanding. This helps to ensure that any activity that will be undertaken is personal centred and will be done to the best of our collective abilities.
